This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be at the heart of operations managing diaries, coordinating campaigns, supporting key processes, and delivering exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Managing diaries, appointments, and daily workflows
- Coordinating meetings, events, and scheduling
- Preparing documentation, submissions, and reports
- Managing marketing campaigns and online content
- Maintaining CRM databases and internal systems
- Supporting core business processes from start to completion
- Liaising with clients, partners, and industry professionals
- Assisting with social media, newsletters, and marketing initiatives
Requirements- Previous experience as a PA/EA or Administrator
- Understanding of Real Estate/Property is advantageous but not essential
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- A positive, team-focused attitude
